Celestial Heritage. A half angel is the offspring of a celestial (usually an angel or empyrean) and a humanoid (usually a human). Like cambions, half celestials inherit aspects of both parents, with feathery wings and vibrantly-colored skin. Angels mentor their offspring and send them into the world as emissaries and champions.
Divine Domain. Inherit a domain like a cleric would from parent depending on what plane your celestial parent considers its “home plane”. I.e war, light, life, etc.
Size. Medium celestial, any alignment
Speed. 30 ft., fly 60 ft.
Ageless. Will Not die of old age, matures as a human otherwise, but never becomes older than “middle aged”
Ability score improvements: +8 STR, +8DEX, +6CON, +2INT, +4WIS, +6CHA stats can breach the mortal 20 limit, but can not go over 30.
Damage Resistances. Radiant; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical weapons.
Condition Immunities. Charmed, exhaustion, frightened.
Senses. darkvision 60 ft
Languages. Celestial and base racial languages.
Angelic Blessing. The AC of the celestial includes its Charisma bonus.
Innate Spellcasting. The celestial’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC). The celestial can innately cast the spells associated with its domain, requiring no material components:
- At Will: thaumaturgy
- 3/day each: domain 1st level spells
- 1/day each: domain 3rd level spells
Actions. Gain an extra attack
Searing Ray. can make a ranged spell attack 120 feet, one target, hit 3d6 radiant damage. Can make this attack as normal attack benefiting from additional attacks.
Channel Divinity (Recharge 5-6). The celestial can use the domain’s 2nd level Channel Divinity. The celestial is considered a 5th-level Cleric for the purposes of this ability.
